Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with an e-learning course, notify the instructor or the PPA director before  Day 7 of the course (or within three days of starting for late registrants) and we'll refund your tuition less a 10% administrative fee.*  

For online workshops and webinars, notify the PPA director within 24 hours after the event (or the first session for multi-part workshops) with the reason you're requesting a refund.
